DMESC Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Facilitator, Janis Bremer, and Lead Support Teacher, Terry Young, work with building principals in our area to identify novices and provide a three-year comprehensive support system that will guide them to be effective educators. A personalized system of support includes face-to-face meetings, on-site support, and virtual collaboration.
